So how does our cleaning process work?
We will do a visual inspection and estimate before we start work. This way you can point out areas of concern to us that you may have. We can either do the work then or schedule a time and come back to clean it.
When we begin cleaning we will pre-spray the tile and grout with a specially designed detergent to break down grease and oils so that they can be easily removed. This is followed by some gentle agitation of the grout lines and hard to reach areas with our specially designed grout cleaning brush. Then we will rinse the tile and grout with high pressured hot water through our truck mounted cleaning machines. We use a hooded cleaning tool that attaches to our van mounted cleaning equipment and so all the water that is sprayed down is then vacuumed back up along with the soil from the tile and grout. You can expect us to remove things like oils, grease, grime, and soil from your tile and grout. Once the cleaning process is complete we can then seal the grout for you. This would complete the cleaning process and generally you can walk on it within just a few minutes.
